The range has been created to fulfil the demand for lower cost parts which do not compromise on quality and performance. Many higher power parts are now available in both modules, standard packages and custom units.

New super low-cost ELED and laser diodes

A special offer is currently available on selected products from our range of high-performance long wavelength devices.

Included in this super low pricing are laser diodes operating at 960-1660nm and ELEDs operating in the range 950-1570nm, all of which are available in metal can, Dual Inline (DIL) or butterfly packaging.

New long wavelength sources

Access Pacific has extended its range of long wavelength devices to include many new wavelengths of:

• FP laser diodes 960nm to 1660nm
• Super luminescent diodes (SLED) 830nm to 1580nm
• Edge emitting diodes (ELED) 950nm to 1570nm

These products are available in the three basic package types metal can, Dual Inline (DIL) and butterfly. The 14 pin packages can be supplied with or without cooling components inside the housing. Output for the DIL and butterfly packages is via single mode fibre with or without connector as required.

New product range added - microprocessor now available

Access Pacific is pleased to announce its expansion into the field of computer microprocessors and are now able to offer a new high-end product employing the latest technology at low cost. This 32-bit RISC SOC processor is ideal for many portable and embedded applications where low power consumption is a key requirement, and incorporates a wide range of on-chip peripheral interfaces. OS capability includes Linux and Windows CE and an evaluation board with LCD display for detailed application work is available separately. New product lines added

Access Pacific is pleased to announce the latest additions to their photodiode ranges.
The long wavelength photodiode range now offers a bandwidth of up to 20GHz for the smaller area types. The range also gives a wide choice of active area sizes, as well as several package and presentation types, including pigtailing and connectorisation styles, all with high performance, low dark current and high responsivity out to 1650nm and above. Specially selected types are available for outstanding CATV performance up to 4GHz, and in a choice of packages. Also available, a Transimpedance Amplifier range combines a 1650nm performance photodiode and amplifier in a metal can package with bandwidth up to 8GHz and data rates up to 10Gb/s.
